The Yoga of Food can be a perfect place to start taking Yoga off the mat.

We eat 3-5 times a day. We may only get to do yoga once a week.To help I've compiled over 30 everyday recipes, divided into the seasons. Including breakfasts, mains, desserts, snacks and drinks.

Printed on quality, thick card and ring bound they are easy to use, stand upright and beautiful to look at. A collection of simple, tasty and easy to use recipe cards that stand in your kitchen for you to use. All recipes are ones you'd cook mid week, that won't cost the earth and don't take hours to prepare.

They are all naturally Gluten Free and Vegetarian. Most can be adapted to be Vegan.

Split into 4 seasons so you can eat in tune with nature. Food. It's our fuel. Our medicine. Our ritual. Such a source of nourishment and pleasure. And just like all things in life the more you put into it the more you get back out. It doesn't have to be boring or cost the earth. It also doesn't have to take a lot of time or use every utensil in the kitchen.

When we eat in tune with our seasons, our environment and working with our intuition we don't need to count calories or have "good" or "bad" foods.
